We specialise in tents for all group sizes and camping needs, including:

- Adventure and Small Tents (for backpackers and lightweight camping)
How do I choose the right tent size?
Our tent sizes are based on sleeping capacity, but we recommend:
- For comfort: Choose a tent rated for 1 person more than your group size
- For storage: Consider how much gear you’ll have with you
- For family camping: Look for tents with separate sleeping compartments
Do your tents come with groundsheets?
Many of our tents include integrated groundsheets, but we also offer:
- Breathable Groundsheets (for better ventilation)
- PE Groundsheets (durable and waterproof)
- PVC Groundsheets (heavy-duty protection)
Delivery Information
How long does delivery take?
We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): 10-15 working days after dispatch via DHL or FedEx
- Free Shipping (orders over £50): 15-25 working days after dispatch via EMS
Do you ship to my country?

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. This allows you to follow your camping gear’s journey right to your doorstep.
What if I need my gear urgently?
Planning a last-minute camping trip? Contact us about expedited shipping options. While additional charges apply, we’ll do our best to get your equipment to you in time for your adventure.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we’ve made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
