Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two reliable shipping methods to suit your needs:

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Basic tracking included
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your camping equipment. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Unused and in resalable condition
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Air Pumps and Awning Pumps (due to potential moisture exposure)
- Airbeds that have been inflated
- Camping Equipment showing signs of use
- Items marked “Final Sale”
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Request a Return Authorization
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
- Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Email Body:
- Your full name and contact number
- Product name and quantity you’re returning
- Reason for return
- If exchanging, specify the replacement item
Step 2: Package Your Return
- Repackage the item securely in its original packaging
- Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation
- Do not write directly on the manufacturer’s packaging
Step 3: Ship Your Return

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error. For international returns, mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
Exchange Process
To exchange an item:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Specify your replacement item in your return request email
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Damaged or Incorrect Items
